DAY TRIP TO OUZOUD

This one day trip to Ouzoud will take you from Marrakech to the most beautiful waterfalls in the Middle Atlas Mountains region. The trip will start when we pick you up at 9 am, then begin driving in the direction of Fes city. After about 2 hours of driving (180 kilometers), we will finally reach the Ouzoud village. At this point, we will need to descend a hill, paved with restaurants and souvenir shops along the way, before finally arriving at the mesmerizing waterfall. Ouzoud waterfalls are actually the tallest in Morocco and North Africa, at a height of 100 meters.

In this natural site, you will get to enjoy the beauty of Morocco’s landscape through many activities such as a picnic near the river, trying out local Berber food for lunch, or hiking the surrounding valley. Whichever you choose, just know that your time here will be well spent.

After we are done with the Ouzoud waterfalls, we will pay a visit to the nearby naturally formed wonder called the Imi Nifri Bridge. Finally, we will head back to Marrakech in the evening. That’s how we end our day trip to Ouzoud.
